At $249, OPPO's Enco W51 wire-free buds deliver solid sound quality and excellent noise-cancelling at a price that well and truly undercuts the competition. The buds are however let down by a shortish battery and the fact you can't customise any settings if you don't have an OPPO phone. But all in all, the Enco W51s are great headphones for the money.
The Sony WH-1000XM4s are, in the scheme of things, a pretty minor update, but this doesn't stop from being one of the best pairs of noise cancelling headphones you can buy.
The Beats Flex are a good - if tad awkward - entry-level pair of wireless headphones. For the money, you could certainly do worse.
The iPhone 12 mini is a breath of fresh air that proves bigger isn't always better when it comes to smartphones. While supersized handsets have become the norm, dropping down to the iPhone 12 mini's smaller stature rarely feels like a compromise.
The size and price-tag mean the iPhone 12 Pro Max won't be for everyone, but if you're not a fan of compromises, it's the 2020 iPhone for you. The iPhone 12 Pro Max goes above and beyond when it comes to camera performance and battery life, and it's one of our favourite phones we've tested this year.
Simply put, if it wasn’t for the Pixel 4a the Vivo Y70 would be my go-to recommendation for a phone under $500.
The Apple Watch Series 6 is still the best smartwatch you can buy, but it feels like a very minor update to last year’s model. While it doesn’t quite do enough to distinguish itself from its predecessors, the Apple Watch Series 6 is still a great upgrade if you're coming from a Series 3 or older.
After using this device, I’m already excited to see what the second generation OPPO Watch will be capable of.
Unfortunately some major concerns with battery and shutter speed means that much of the playful handset’s shining lights are eclipsed by the drudgery within its day-to-day use.
The iPhone 12 elevates the baseline iPhone experience to the point where it no longer feels like a compromise when compared to the "Pro" models. A much improved display and a refined design help bridge the gap between Apple's cheaper and more expensive handsets to the point where the iPhone 12 is the best new iPhone for most.
The iPhone 12 Pro is a lovely device that's also somewhat confused. The gap between the standard iPhone 12 and the iPhone 12 Pro is smaller than ever, and smartphone photography enthusiasts may want to opt for the iPhone 12 Pro Max instead. But even if the iPhone 12 Pro may be the middle child, it's still an excellent handset with top-tier performance and cameras.
